If Username or Password Is Wrong, How To Do?

For this question, you can according to the following steps, which will help out.

1. When you open V380 App, click Local Login;

2. If popped up ''User name or password is wrong'' text, click ''confirm''; then delete device.

3. Restart to search for device;

4. It will add automatically your available device, then tap on Edit & Enter the Password then confirm; now it should be work.

Note:If you are still getting errors, following thses steps:

Step 1: Try to re-open the App

Step 2: Clear the App data force stop App, sometimes it works by these.
