how do I update the firmware on this camera and where do i get the firmware files

Please don't upgrade.There are many problems, resulting in the camera can not be used normally.

I cant view camera now and always asking admin password after resetting.. it shown empty password but nothing works.. do you have live chat to solve problem?

I installed in Dublin house and check it is already ok and can view. But once I am back to Singapore I can’t view Dublin video from singapore. Same as my Singapore house video once I out Singapore I also can’t view the Singapore camera.It show online for the camera, but just it just black in colour and the icon just keep turning. I’ve been trying to rebook this up to my moms android phone instead of her old iPhone. I got all the way to the WiFi connected part and it asks for a password. There’s no password on the back of the device it’s jusr blank where it says password. However I’ve tried everything under the sun. Including deleting device several times and going back through the process. She has PTSD and it’s crucual this is working. If you can’t help I will leave negative reviews on this item on every site.
